In World of Warcraft, a rod can mean several things:
- 1) A weapon variant of a staff.
- 2) A base item created by a Blacksmith that only has use for Enchanting.
- 3) * A tool used by Enchanters for the Enchanting profession made from base rods from Blacksmithing.
- 4) An off-hand item.
- 5) A quest item.
