Oculus of the Exorcist

This item is given to the player at the beginning of the quest The Hunt is On which begins with Vindicator Yaala in Valiance Keep of the Borean Tundra.

The Oculus produces the buff Righteous Vision. Due to the equal lengths of cooldown and duration, the buff can be prolonged indefinitely, unless it is canceled, or death/paralysis occurs.
