Kolorath

• A mighty Kraken that patrols the dark waters of the Abyssal Depths.

Kolorath is a kraken found swimming in a circle around the entire border of the Abyssal Depths. He can be kited, however his melee swings hit for well over 800k damage and drops only a few silver for your efforts.

It is somewhat notable that as of Patch 4.0.6, Kolorath cannot be traditionally reset with range like other similar slow-moving Vashj'ir NPCs (such as the Whale Shark). Although a player can get far enough away that they will drop combat, Kolorath will continue to follow them until he is killed, or they cause him to evade.

There is no achievement related to defeating Kolorath.

• Kolorath's TCG artwork is used by the North Sea Kraken card in the Grand Tournament expansion of Hearthstone.
