The Keystone Vendor is a dwarf located in the current expansion's major cities during some PTR tests. For example during, they were located in Dazar'alor and Boralus while they were located in Oribos during.
Most items they sell for each while they sell a Keystone Container for.
Most affixes are available to add to keystones unless they were specific to a season or were removed.
Maps are sold depending on the next PvE season roster. For example with Dragonflight Season 2, they included Neltharion's Lair, Vortex Pinnacle, Freehold and Underrot in addition to some Dragonflight dungeons for rotation.
