Dorian Atwater

Dorian Atwater is a human located in Stormsong Valley. She and her husband, Sal Atwater, live at the Atwater Stead near the Deadwash.

Though she retired many years ago, Dorian is known as a legendary shipwright, having built such works as the Proudmoore flagship. She also has an affinity for the elements, having learned shamanic magic on her own without knowing what a shaman is; she frequently calls on elementals to help her with household chores and heavy lifting. Her shipmaking skills make her able to build a full ship in a single day thanks to her elementals, though she doesn't like to advertise it.

Following Kul Tiras's decision to rejoin the Alliance, Jaina Proudmoore tasked an adventurer with finding Dorian and asking her to build a ship for King Anduin Wrynn. After the ship is built, Dorian can be found aboard it in Stormwind Harbor.

After the re-emergence of the Dragon Isles, Dorian and Sal can be found in Iskaara in the Azure Span. She is speaking with Rokkutuk.

Besides, Sal struggles with crowds.

I called and they came. Loads more useful than any two-legged help I've ever had.

What's a shaman?

Aye, I've agreed to help you. Mind you don't make me regret it.

<Dorian is visibly uncomfortable.>

I don't like being watched.

I thought I would never sail again. But here I am. Boatswain. Shipping off to join the Alliance.

<Dorian sighs.>

I hope Sal can get on without me.
