Sinister Primal Diamond

The Sinister Primal Diamond is one of Wrathion's Crown of Heaven meta gem purchased in exchange for 5xPrimal Diamond from the Blacktalon Quartermaster behind Wrathion in the Tavern in the Mists. This gem is designed for spell casters. Tanks, melee and range attackers, and healers each have their own gem.

In order to purchase it the player needs to have completed The Crown of Heaven, the legendary quest in patch 5.2.0 involving the Throne of Thunder, before patch 6.0.2.

The "chance to gain spell haste" has a 1.18 base Real PPM on damage/absorb of harmful or periodic spell. There is no internal cooldown on the proc.

Base proc rate is multiplied by an additional coefficient based on spec:

• Capacitive Primal Diamond
• Courageous Primal Diamond
• Indomitable Primal Diamond
