Enable Steelseries World of Warcraft Mouse. Enabling this cvar enables functionality to easily bind/map all buttons on the mouse in-game.

In-game, type the following /console enableWowMouse setting
Alternatively, you can exit wow, open the Config.wtf file, and add the following line: SET enableWowMouse setting
