Burning Plate of the Worldbreaker

Burning Plate of the Worldbreaker unlocks the Last Breath of the Worldbreaker appearance for the Scale of the Earth-Warder artifact.

This item can occasionally be found on a pile of treasure in Neltharion's Vault. Your Artifact Knowledge must be at least Level 5 to see this item. If the Burning Plate of the Worldbreaker is present, you will see the emote "emote" when you enter Neltharion's Vault. If you do not see this emote, you will need to try again the next day.

Note that you must be in Protection spec to see both the emote and the item.

You can use this macro the check if the item is available today:

/run local Q,P=IsQuestFlaggedCompleted,print; if Q(44311) then P('Shield Available') elseif Q(44312) then P('Try Again Tomorrow') else P('Head to the cave and try your luck!') end If it returns true, switch to protection spec and visit Neltharion's Vault, and the item should be there.
