Iceborn Conjurer

The Iceborn Conjurer is a lich found at the northern end of the Frostwing Halls in Icecrown Citadel during The Frozen Flame. She is initially spamming Chilling Winds to push the player back, alternating between casting it in the middle portion of the hall and casting it in the western and eastern parts. When the player engages her in combat, she stops casting Chilling Winds and switches to using regular Frost spells.
