Frayed Abomination Stitchings are magically enhanced thread used to hold together Abominations. Prior to the Cataclysm (see Patch 4.0.3a), they were used as an ingredient in numerous quests for rare and valuable magic items.
This item drops from abomination mobs in Stratholme.
