Anyway, I need a special ingredient - thousand-year water - which can be collected from the mouth of the waterfall to the north.

I'm afraid the journey is too treacherous for an old matron like me, but if you can get your hands on a pitcher, I'll let you share my brew.

Fly up to the waterfall feeding the Pools of Purity and the Gilded Fan. Up on the first level beneath the mogu mouth at is a Thousand-Year Guardian. A level 90 water sprite with 787,000 health, it has two abilities: Take care of it, then use the Empty Pitcher to collect Thousand-Year Water.
