Incendicite Ore

Last wiki revision 2023-02-04

Incendicite is a rare metallic ore that is highly sought after. The only known source on Azeroth is in dwarven territory, from the cave system known as Thelgen Rock in the Wetlands.

The most notable property of incendicite is that it's explosively volatile when exposed to a spark, so it cannot be mined with regular steel tools. Even accidentally dropping regular steel onto incendicite can be enough to set off a chain reaction.

Incendicite Ore is a quest item gotten from Incendicite Mineral Veins in Thelgen Rock in the Wetlands.

Incendicite Ore must be collected for the Alliance quest Incendicite Ore (quest), started in Slabchisel's Survey.

  • Incendicite Veins spawn in a cave at Thelgen Rock in the southern Wetlands (about ).
  • Incendicite Veins are much larger than other veins.
  • Incendicite Veins also emit what appears to be smoke or steam.
  • The original version was only acquirable by using the mining skill.
