Sam the Wise

Sam the Wise is a pandaren brewmaster found at Shrine of Fellowship in Jade Forest.

Sam is generally to be found in the building at the western-most point of the Shrine, but every so often takes a journey to the northwestern portion, where Doji is found. When he arrives, he positions himself across from Doji, and a small event begins. Sam concludes the event by beginning his return journey.

During The Second Riddle: Fellowship, Alliance adventurers must defeat Sam in order to obtain the Metal Brew.

Sam can be seen on the Timeless Isle overlooking the Celestial Court with Yalia Sagewhisper and Ling of the Six Pools.

• Sam's fourth quote is a reference to the Swedish power metal band . Samwise Didier is responsible for much of the band's art.
