Champion (priest)

During the closed testing stage of the The Burning Crusade around late summer 2006, several Champion spells were discovered on data gathering sites such as Thottbot. These powerful spells would have allowed a priest to make an ally (presumably another player) their champion for two hours, and to provide that ally with buffs and other benefits.

• The Champion concept later appeared again with another unused spell, Holy Champion, which was added to the database toward the end of . Unlike Proclaim Champion, this spell would not have enabled the use of any additional spells.
