Wand of the Wind

The Wand of the Wind is a quest item which allows the Hero to cast Cyclone. Cyclone tosses a target enemy unit into the air, rendering it unable to attack, move or cast spells.
A wooden baton rimmed with ivory and decorated in runes in the language of the night elves.
Furion can find one in Brothers in Blood, chapter 5 of the Warcraft III night elf campaign, Eternity's End.
