Rumble Coin Bags and Rumble Foil Bags are found in main Alliance and Horde capital cities as well as in the zones of the Dragon Isles. There are 7 Coins and 14 Foils in total. Use the coins on the machine to obtain a Rumble Prize Box. Place the box on the ground to obtain a toy, then use the foils on the machine to upgrade the looks of the toys. Gaining all the new and upgraded looks awards achievements.
