Inform the Elder

Travel to a capital city and return the Totemic Beacon to the Earthen Ring Elder.

• Totemic Beacon

This information must be spread to the entirety of the Earthen Ring. I'm not certain how to proceed, but the elder who set you on this task in the first place may. Please, return to the elder and seek the next course of action - we must do something!

What troubles you, my child?

This is grave news indeed. We must do everything in our power to stop this war from coming to pass.

This quest sometimes cannot be accepted by players immediately after completing An Innocent Disguise. It's unclear at this time what triggers this issue, but it's believed to be caused by the crab disguise.
