Booming Voice (Classic)

Booming Voice reduces the cooldown and increase the Rage generation of your Battle Shout and Demoralizing Shout.

A fully amplified Battle Shout or Commanding Shout will have a cooldown of 30 seconds instead of 1 min, generate 30 Rage instead of 20. Without the talent, the shouts have a 1 minute cooldown and generate 20 rage (20 rage per minute). With the talent, the shouts have a 30 second cooldown and generate 30 rage (60 rage per minute). Combined with Execute, Heroic Strike or Cleave, this can be a DPS increase, and helps to ensure that a Warrior's rage bar never goes dry.
