Inscrutable Phrase

The Inscrutable Phrases are three especially complex phrases from the language of the First Ones stored in three vaults in the Endless Sands in Zereth Mortis. During Aggressive Excavation, the player needs to find the phrases and imbue them into the broken Helm of Domination.
The southern phrase is in an unguarded vault. The northwestern one is in a vault sealed off by a Blocked Door which needs to be destroyed first. The northeastern one is in a vault guarded by two Fettered Wardens and under attack from a Mawsworn Inquisitor.
