Very Happy

Very Happy is a buff caused by eating Delicious Chocolate Cake.

This buff appears to have no effect other than the buff icon itself.

Despite the fact that cake is also common in real life, the lack of a game effect for the Very Happy buff has led some to believe that the Delicious Chocolate Cake is a reference to the video game Portal. This belief is the source of the repeated posting of "The cake is a lie" and/or "The cake buff is a lie" is online forums discussing the items. Creating the cake is now the objective of the Cooking Achievement The Cake Is Not A Lie.
