Fated Power: Creation Spark

Fated Power: Creation Spark is one of the fated powers applied to a raid boss during a Fated Raid.

It charges a random player that starts inflicting a small Cosmic damage every second for 30 seconds. Once removed, it sends three Creation Sparks to nearby locations where players can stand in to gain a buff that increases their haste by 30% (similar to Bloodlust and the likes) and increases the movement speed by 55%. If players fail to catch a creation spark, it explodes and inflicts Cosmic damage every two seconds for 20 seconds.
