Riddle Solved! is found at below the Eigth Clue at the base of the waterfall in the Emerald Enclave in Valdrakken. It is only seen while wearing the Tricked-Out Thinking Cap during The Tricked-Out Thinking Cap.
It does not contain anything, but interacting with it will complete the quest objective.
