Taran Icebreaker

The Taran Icebreaker is a two-handed mace with a fire damage proc.

It is an world drop from approximately level 48-55 mobs.

The name may be a reference to the book "Taran Wanderer," the 4th book in the Chronicles of Prydain series by Lloyd Alexander.

This heavy flail looks like three balls of blazing blue fire held on the ends of black iron chains. The weapon is not hot to the touch, however. These weapons were originally employed in the far northern reaches of Azeroth for use against cold-based creatures, but are also quite useful against those who employ frost magic. Other Taran Icebreakers were forged into shape of a warhammer.
