Terramok

Terramok (also called the Crystal Caverns or Crystal Caves of Terramok) is Princess Theradras' secret sanctuary located deep within Maraudon in Desolace. It is an ancient place with much history and contains relics of the Old Gods. After the death of her lover Zaetar, Theradras sequestered his body in Terramok. Based on this description, Terramok consists of at least the area around Zaetar's Grave and possibly all of the Earth Song Falls. Celebras the Redeemed, at the nearby Poison Falls, mentions that Theradras guards Zaetar's body "here in the crystal caverns", implying that the Poison Falls are also part of Terramok.

Behind a series of spiked barriers in the center of the mesa stands Terramok, an ancient titan vault. This place is rumored to hold Theradras, former princess of the vile earth elementals and legendary mother of the centaur race. Some even claim that Theradras guards the tomb of her husband, the Keeper of the Grove killed by the first khans.

Translating this description to World of Warcraft, the "spiked barriers" seem to be the Valley of Spears, "the mesa" seems to be the Valley of Spears counted as a part of Maraudon, and Terramok seems to be the underground portion of the area.

• During the Elemental Unrest, Cho'gall indicated that Terramok is a titan vault where Theradras was imprisoned, in accordance with the original and now non-canon description from Warcraft: The Roleplaying Game. This was retconned in Chronicle Volume 1, which instead describes Maraudon as a natural cavern where Theradras hid to avoid being imprisoned in the Elemental Plane by the titan-forged.
• Echomok Cavern is a similarly-named titan cave in Uldaman.
