Ghostly Draenei Celebrants are draenei spirits located at the Azure Watch's graveyard on Azuremyst Isle during the Day of the Dead. Detect Lesser Invisibility is required in order to see this spirit, which is provided from Orange Marigold and Bouquet of Orange Marigolds.
It's good to visit with friends and family again, celebrating and sharing stories of old.
