Patch 9.1.0 (undocumented changes)

This article lists all undocumented changes for patch 9.1.0. All documented changes should be listed on the main article.

• Spells that are cast while Disciplinary Command is on cooldown no longer count towards activating the legendary effect.

• Leeching Poison now applies permanently instead of being a 1 hour cooldown.

• Quests from Ve'nari such as Power of the Colossus and The Jailer's Share are now daily instead of weekly.
• Blingtron 6000 (quest) is now marked as trivial for higher-level characters.
• Players are now forcibly ejected from their vehicle after completing the related world quest.
• The following quests have been removed from the game and will be flagged as complete in the database for any player who has completed The Weakest Link once they auto-accept The First Move:
• Explore Torghast
• Remnants of Hope
• Information for a Price
• Torment Chamber: Jaina
• Finding a Witness
• Lest the Trail Go Cold
• Torment Chamber: Thrall
• Signs of the Lion
• The Captive King

• All of Kael'thas Sunstrider's voiced lines, from both The Burning Crusade and Shadowlands, have been replaced with a different voice actor.
• Trade Prince Donais has been removed from the game, with Zanagan Mixmaster confirming he's dead.
• Ve'nari now offers paragon rewards at Exalted (exalted) status.

• The following creatures have had their model updated:
• Boar
• Warp stalker
• Mechagon mechagnome has been updated with a new animation where their hands turn into propellers when swimming.

• Jiggles, Ruffle, Sinheart, and Trootie can now be summoned by any character regardless of their Covenant membership status. Covenant restriction for pet battling is still in effect.

• Battle on the Broken Isles no longer rewards Pocket Pet Portal.
• The following achievements have been moved to the Legacy category:
• Fel-Smelter and Mass Obliteration
• The Prestige
• The following achievements now require completing 15 special encounters (down from all):
• Adventurer of Ardenweald
• Adventurer of Bastion
• Adventurer of Maldraxxus
• Adventurer of Revendreth

• Pocket Pet Portal has been deprecated and renamed to Broken Pet Portal.
• Interdimensional Pet Portal has been deprecated and renamed to Shattered Pet Portal.
• Runeblade of Baron Rivendare now increases Speed rating instead of granting an increase to movement speed.
• Obliterum and Obliterum Ash have both been deprecated.
• Bloody Gold Purse now contains, down from.
• Ambassador's Reserve is no longer unique and now stacks to 100 (up from 3). Additionally, it can now be purchased from for.
• Gnomish Gravity Well no longer works in Shadowlands zones.
• Wormhole Generator: Shadowlands now includes an option for Korthia.
• Papa's Mint Condition Bag has been added to the Black Market Auction House at a starting bid of.
• Revendreth-exclusive Oxxein Lockbox has been renamed to Synvir Lockbox, to not be confused with the Maldraxxus-exclusive Oxxein Lockbox.
• Netherwing Sorceror's Charm renamed to Netherwing Sorcerer's Charm.

• Various mounts have had their running animations updated:
• Gryphons
• Hippogryphs
• Mammoths
• Talbuks
• Sinrunner Blanchy is now a flying mount (formerly ground).

• Torghast, Tower of the Damned
• The following no longer require a cast time upon interaction:
• Ashen Phylacteries
• The chains trapping Heavily Bound Soul Remnants

• Grouping in the Maw no longer requires other party members to sync with the party lead in Oribos.
• inv boot cloth bastion d 01.png Burden of Penitence: Ground visual effect in main area of Temple of Purity is now a much lighter, softer blue.
• At Darkwall Tower, a counter has been added to indicate how many Darkwall Captives have been rescued in order to summon Executioner Adrastia.

• Suppression Aura now correctly slows players down again in the Halls of Strife in Blackwing Lair.

• The Adventure Board now displays the experience gain by non-xp missions. No longer need an AddOn to display this information.
• The chat window now notifies a player which Covenant soulbind they are using upon switching specialization.
• The achievements popups for earning an achievement or making a progress on one were updated.
• A reconnect button has been introduced to use after a disconnect or logout to the login screen, instead of having to manually type in the account information or to just relaunch the game to automatically sign back in.
• and Pandaria world maps have been updated to higher quality and their flight maps have been updated to the new Legion system.
