I am Falion, the Historian. More specifically, I study the final memories and acts of a lich who has been discorporated. That information, along with their research and standing, determines if we will expend the anima to reform them.

The drought means our standards are higher than they were prior. This lich, Eng'tar has been recommended for review.

Would you like to see how it works? The initial viewing is very disconcerting, but you get to retrace their actions.
