Collect 5 Pilfered Cloth from around the slums.

• Pilfered Cloth (5)

Hey pal, you seem like a reasonable. You lookin' for work?

Listen, I've got some guys who just... they really want to get to Norwington's fancy festival, you know? I'd like to say I'm a bit of an opportunist, and I'd love to give these guys the uh... opportunity to achieve their dreams.

If ya wanna help, it'd be dandy if you collected some cloth from around the slums here. No questions asked how you get it. Just something good and used, you know?
