• Rank 1 is learned from Hardened Azerite Formation, obtained by combining 9 Aqueous Reliquary, which drop from the Radiance of Azshara, the Queen's Court, and Queen Azshara in the Eternal Palace.
• Rank 2 is learned from Recrystallizing Azerite Formation, obtained by combining 18 Aqueous Reliquary.
• Rank 3 is learned from Tempered Azerite Formation, obtained by combining 36 Aqueous Reliquary.
• Players who have learned Rank 3 of Azeroth's Undying Gift, Condensed Life-Force, or Vitality Conduit on any character have the option to purchase this item for 2,500 Echoes of Ny'alotha from MOTHER in the Chamber of Heart.

• Rank 4 was learned from Dazzling Azerite Formation, which dropped from Queen Azshara in the Eternal Palace on Mythic difficulty.
