Coinbender's Payment

Coinbender's Payment is found at on the bottom of the sea east of Pinchwhistle Point in southern Spires of Arak. To get there, follow some brown buoys.

There are three buoys in the water offshore of Spires of Arak, roughly in a line extending from Pinchwhistle Gearworks through the small boat, where the Payment Delivery Instructions are found, at offshore of Sporemist Shallows. The one closest to shore at has A Sodden Note next to it, which reads:

Head further southeast to find the next buoy at and that buoy's Sodden Note:

Keep swimming southwest. Next to the last buoy is the corpse of Nuggle Coinbender, who apparently couldn't handle the swim. Between Coinbender and the buoy is another Sodden Note, which reads:

Swim directly down from the floating balloon to find the Coinbender's Payment chest, which contains.
