Romuul (alternate universe)

Romuul is a draenei Holy paladin who was found by the Alliance champion repairing a defense crystal outside of Embaari Village. He eagerly joined the champion as a follower after the champion held off a pack of wolves that tried to attack him as he repaired the crystal. His Horde counterpart is Weaponsmith Na'Shra.

He is seen assisting Alliance forces in the Gates of Tanaan. He can also be seen watching fights between garrison commanders in the Coliseum of Highmaul.

Romuul is recruited by completing Artificer Romuul (quest), which in turn results from the Embaari Defense Crystal vignette in.

• Romuul will always have Rebuke as his first ability, which counters Powerful Spell.
• If Romuul is epic, he will have a random second ability.
• Romuul will always have Jewelcrafting as his first trait.
• Romuul's other traits are always random.

• He has an invisible Follower recruiting spell with the following description:
• Romuul must have been one of the earliest planned followers, because the spell has been duplicated many times.
• Unused data suggest he would become Master Artificer.
• Romuul is the first character to be at first introduced in an alternate timeline in Warlords of Draenor and then have his main timeline counterpart introduced later.
