Trollbane's Tomb

SS Arathi Highlands

Trollbane's Tomb was the resting place of Thoras Trollbane, King of Stromgarde, until he was resurrected by the Knights of the Ebon Blade. It is located at the bottom of the Crypt behind the Sanctum in Stromgarde Keep in the Arathi Highlands.

Three caretakers—Alaric, Nevlin, and Weston—stand watch over the tomb.

Not long after Thoras' raising, Mathias Shaw entered the crypt and found the tomb empty. He discovered a single plaque with a memorial verse which had been placed inside the coffin at eye level with the corpse. The plaque reads:

Flynn Fairwind believes that the epitaph hints at the secret burial place of Terenas Menethil II's bloodied crown on an island in Stormwind Harbor.
