Vashj'ir Seahorse is a quest reward from The Abyssal Ride. She increases swimming speed by 450%, which results in speeds similar to flying mounts above land.
"Summons and dismisses your Vashj'ir Seahorse. Can only be used in Vashj'ir."
Stubborn until broken, these underwater mounts provide the swiftest means of travel around the depths of Vashj'ir.
