Xavin

Xavin is a blue dragonspawn located at the Cobalt Assembly in the Azure Span.

• Needs to be spoken with in Welcome to the Assembly.

• Gossip
• Let's show the Sundered Flame that they can't take the Cobalt Assembly away from us!

• I can help you master the wild arcana that's surging through the area.

• The various foes within the Cobalt Assembly may have some arcana on them.

• Any amount that you can retrieve will automatically be reabsorbed back into the area.

• This will prevent our enemies from using the wild arcana here for their own ends.

During the beta, Xavin started and finished the Studies of Wild Magic quest, but it was cut before Dragonflight went live.
