Rune of the Fallen Crusader

Rune of the Fallen Crusader is a death knight unholy rune that can be applied to a weapon through runeforging.
This is by far the strongest rune for DPS. With the exception of dual-wield Frost death knights, Unholy death knights should not use any other rune once they can use this one.
The name and mechanic is an homage to the classic Enchant Weapon - Crusader.
