Attack power coefficient

An attack power coefficient is the ratio by which an ability scales in magnitude with attack power.

Auto-attack coefficients scale with weapon speed (the period between attacks) for constant DPS.

Several class abilities scale to attack power, usually to increase damage done but also sometimes to compute the magnitude of other effects.
