Gathering Materials (Horde)

Gathering Materials is part of the Mage-only quest chain.

Bring 10 Linen Cloth and 6 Dalaran Mana Gems to Josef Gregorian.

• Linen Cloth (10)
• Dalaran Mana Gem (6)

It is time for you to don your first mage's robes,. They are a sign of your station, and a testament to your worth.

To gain the robes, you must gather the mana gems from the Dalaran mages of Silverpine. Their beliefs are similar to ours and so killing them is somewhat distasteful, but if they lack the strength to resist us, then they do not deserve their lives.

Bring the gems and a supply of linen to Josef Gregorian at the Magic Quarter's tailor shop.

You will gain:

• 800 XP

Anastasia said you would come to me, and I am prepared to fashion your robes. Do you have the gems and the linen?

This is very good material, and although I lack the talent to gauge the quality of these mana gems, we'll soon know if they possess the power needed to create spellfire robes...

The mages are located South East of the Sepulcher in Silver Pine Forrest and is near Ambermill (As shown on map).

After completing this quest, Josef Gregorian will say:

"One moment while I stitch this together..."

"There. I'm finished with your robe, ."

If you talk to him again now, you will complete the quest Spellfire Robes - you don't have to accept the follow-up quest, you just complete it.
