Lingering Echo of Tarecgosa

Lingering Echo of Tarecgosa is a quest reward from Rhapsody in Blue. It teaches the player how to transform as Tarecgosa's Visage and it will now be available in the Mount Journal, eliminating the need for the staff, Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest.

''Farewell, Tarecgosa. A dear sister, hero, student, and teacher. Though blood does not bind us, you will always be family. May your soul find its place soaring among the stars.''

• The mount requires the quest Rhapsody in Blue to be completed to use it. The quest can't be completed for those who can't obtain the legendary staff.
