Courageous Primal Diamond

The Courageous Primal Diamond is one of Wrathion's Crown of Heaven meta gem purchased in exchange for 5xPrimal Diamond from the Blacktalon Quartermaster behind Wrathion in the Tavern in the Mists. This gem is designed for healers. Casters, melee and range attackers, and tanks each have their own gem.

In order to purchase it the player needs to have completed The Crown of Heaven, the legendary quest in patch 5.2.0 involving the Throne of Thunder, before patch 6.0.2.

The "chance to make the next spell cost no mana" has a 1.40 Real PPM on attempting helpful spell. There is no internal cooldown on the proc.
