Smoldering Constructs are undead creature found inside the cave of the Obsidian Dragonshrine in northwestern Dragonblight.
They also appear during The Deaths of Chromie dropping Sands of Time.
Backlash - which lasts 6 seconds and causes 120 fire damage to attackers when hit.
