The Seer of Zeb'Halak is a statue located in Zeb'Halak a village located south of Drak'Tharon Keep in the Grizzly Hills. It is found on top of the ziggurat In one of its eye sockets are the Eye of the Prophets, acquiring which is the quest objective of Sacrifices Must be Made.
Where the Eye of the Prophets rested for millenia, only an empty niche remains.
