The Ashenvale Hunt (Ashenvale)

There are three legendary creatures that make up the Ashenvale Hunt; you may seek them and test yourself against their cunning and might. In the process, you will hopefully learn something about yourself. The creatures are: the bear Ursangous, the nightsaber cat Shadumbra, and the hippogryph Sharptalon.

The creatures of the Ashenvale Hunt are powerful, and you may find that you'll need aid in bringing them down. If you should best them, bring me proof of your deed.

Once you talked to Senani, she would talk about hunting three great beasts in Ashenvale:

• Ursangous - A large bear that roams a small area slightly to the west of Talondeep Path among a bunch of other bears. He is level 24-25 non-elite named creature. He drops Ursangous' Paw which starts a quest.
• Shadumbra - A cat who prowls around the small area south of Raynewood Retreat. She can be found among the Laughing Sisters nearest to the road. She is lvl 28, named, not Elite creature. She drops Shadumbra's Head which starts a quest.
• Sharptalon - A hippogryph that has a large roaming area south of Splintertree Post. It is a level 31, named, non-elite creature but is tough for its level. It drops Sharptalon's Claw which starts a Sharptalon's Claw.
