UIHANDLER OnMouseWheel

Invoked when the mouse wheel is scrolled while hovering over a widget. ScriptRegion OnMouseWheel(self, delta)
- self: - The widget receiving the mouse input
- delta: : Indicates the direction the wheel is spinning
- for spinning up
- for spinning down
- If a widget does not have an OnMouseWheel handler, the event is passed on to underlying frames.
