API SetActiveSpecGroup

Changes the active specialization/talents/glyphs group (dual-spec). SetActiveSpecGroup(groupIndex)
- groupIndex : Number - Specialization group to activate; 1 for primary, 2 for secondary.
- This function is not protected, but you can only be change specializations while not in combat.
- Passing invalid indices fails silently.
