It requires one Darkmoon Game Token per launch from the cannon. You are given a buff and a vehicle interface button that gives you a button to cancel the buff. (Or, you can click the buff off as normal, if you really wish.)

A bullseye nets you 5 points (and the achievement Blastenheimer Bullseye). Landing within the ring nets you 3, and landing close gets you one point. Like most carnie games, while you CAN win with one ticket, it is pretty difficult.
