- A drops off of Dark Iron Dwarves inside Gnomeregan for both Horde and Alliance, and begins a quest, the Grime-Encrusted Ring (quest).
- Cleaning the quest item in the Sparklematic 5200 will reward the players with this ring, as well as unlock the next section of the quest.
- Players may keep the ring or enhance it.
- Alliance members will be told the initials 'TdK' are marked on the ring, while Horde members will see 'NOG'
