We people of the Lower City had a rather extensive spy network set up in the Shadow Labyrinth until recently.

Now they're all dead except me and Spy To'gun.

<Class>, hold your attack, this is just a disguise! I'm a spy working for the Lower City coalition out of Shattrath City.

I hope you're here to help!
