Drenden

Drenden is a human mage with a baritone voice. He was a member of the Council of Six, the rulers of the Kirin Tor in Dalaran.

Though not as powerful as Krasus, Drenden survived one of Deathwing's magical traps. There was little mention of how seriously Drenden was hurt by the spell. He was said to be out of action for a while, but recovered rather quickly. He and Modera visited King Terenas Menethil in Lordaeron in order to find out anything about the relation between Deathwing and Lord Prestor.

Prior to the Third War, Drenden and Modera accompanied Antonidas to confront Kel'Thuzad regarding the latter's experiments with necromancy.

Drenden's fate following the siege of Dalaran and its subsequent destruction is unknown, save that he is no longer a member of the Six.

• His name is likely a reference to Detective/Wizard Harry Dresden, from the Dresden Files.
• The PvE server, Drenden, is named after him.
