Malygos's Lingering Essence

SS Thaldraszus

Malygos's Lingering Essence is found at the Veiled Ossuary in Thaldraszus.

Originally contained in the Heart of Magic, the essence was released at the Veiled Ossuary by Kalecgos. It was, however, unstable and caused violent arcane memories to flood the ossuary. It was then relocated to the Azure Archives in the Azure Span by Azuregos and his fellow dragons. Kalec, Sindragosa's simulacrum, and many of the blue dragons released the essence inside the Azure Vault, forming the Remnants of Malygos. After the remnants are defeated and soothed, the essence transformed into Malygos's Calmed Essence, after which Malygos's ghost was properly sent to the other side.
