Gotta Pay the Scroll Toll

Unlock the Sealed Spellsworn Scroll at a Spellsworn Archivist, retrieve its revealed treasure, and bring it to a renown envoy in Morqut Village in the Forbidden Reach.

• Spellsworn Scroll unlocked
• Draconic Artifact (quest item)
• Speak to Cataloger Daela

Now the enchantment should still work on you even without the sigil, so here is the plan,.

Take the scroll you found to any of the archivists and get them to reveal its contents. It is likely Lapisagos recorded the location of something noteworthy that will aid our cause.

Whatever it is, bring it back here to the faction envoys by the campfire. We have enlisted their expertise to help us in reclaiming the Forbidden Reach, its resources, and any secrets Neltharion left behind.

You will receive:

• Dragonscale Surplus Crate
• 11900 XP

Whatever the scroll contains will surely aid us in our efforts.

Thank you,. Everything we can recover from the island assists our cause.

Keep an eye out for more scrolls. In the chaos after the dracthyr breakout, more are likely to be scattered.

Back to any Spellsworn Crystal, for instance the one at at the Caldera of the Menders. Interact with it, then with the Spellsworn Archivist:

• Due to a recent "breakout" of illicit specimens, any contraband around the Earth-Warder's island must be seized and contained in accordance to directives given by Lapisagos.

This points players to a ruined tower at in the Scaleborn Pass where a Dracthyr Runestone lies among the ruins. Interact with it to pick up a Draconic Artifact (quest item). Check in with Cataloger Daela at Morqut Village:
